We are happy to announce that we have closed on the sale of the Cumberland Building, part of the 5-building Nashville Office-Flex portfolio, on July 14th, 2023, for $40,000,000.
As part of the sale process, we received appraisals for the remaining four buildings within the portfolio, indicating a total "as is" valuation of $39,550,000. It is worth noting that CCP acquired the entire 5-building Nashville-Office Flex portfolio for $41,200,000 back in 2018.
